Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, please provide the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the issue (e.g., damaged item, wrong product received)
  3. Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not return the item until you have received authorization from us.

Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product and are unable to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item and are unable to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.

Exclusions

Please note the following exclusions to our Returns and Refunds Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong product or the item arrived damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@pishoguetheenchanter.com with the required information mentioned above. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and provide further instructions for returning the item.

Return & Refund Duration

Once we receive your Return Request we will review the same and if the request is in accordance of our policy, we will initiate the same within 3-5 days.

And once we receive the product, we will review the same in accordance of our policy and if the order is eligible for refund, we will initiate the same within 5-7 days.
